MORTON'S  NEUROMA

A CASE REPORT

Patient female 60 years old complains for severe pain in forefoot  the last eight months.  When the time is pass the symptoms get worse. 
Antiinflamatory drugs not improve the symptoms.

M.R.I. shows mass of soft tissue among 3d and 4rth metatarsal.  The official diagnosis is Morton Neuroma. 

Operative excision is the final solution.

Morton Neuroma.

After operation the patient is able to walk without pain and without assistive devices.  The quality of life is better now.
